When we decided to form a business partnership back in 2006, we knew it would be something special. Not many brokers of our experience or influence form partnerships. Most go it alone, with junior agents that work to support them.
But our team is different – which means that as the team has grown, we have continued to break the mold.
Our team stands for honesty, integrity, and unwavering morals. That may sound like ‘just talk’, but it’s true, and our clients will speak to it. We will work endlessly to get you what you need and make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
We believe in being grateful for what we have, consistently showing up, and that New York is the best place to live in the world.
The Gasdaska Conlon Team specializes in residential Manhattan real estate, including luxury apartment rentals. Our team works with about 50% sellers and 50% buyers, so no matter your real estate needs, we can help.
What Our Clients Have To Say About The Gasdaska Conlon Team
‘The team was recommended to me by a good friend and I could not have been happier with the level of service they provided. They are all consummate professionals who were supportive and caring every step of the way. They paid exquisite detail in their assistance with staging, optimizing the listing and photographs, pricing, hosting open houses and private showings. Throughout the marketing of my home, they sent comprehensive weekly reports to keep me up-to-date on all activities and kept me informed of the latest happenings in the real estate market both as a whole and in specific to my individual sale. Upon receiving an offer, they provided sage advice that was invaluable during the negotiation and even stepped up willingly to assist my buyers in the preparation of their board application as the buyer’s agent was a novice. I am thankful to have had them in my corner throughout!’ – Joanna Beckett
